OUR AIMS
To test the possibility of providing a treatment programme for young people with BPD symptoms in the general population, who may or may not be accessing any mental health services.
THE TRIAL
60 young people (aged 14-24) from Glasgow, who have agreed to take part in the programme, will be randomly chosen to go into one of two pathways:
- Usual Care
- BRIDGE Intervention (+ Usual Care)
This is to see whether the BRIDGE intervention helps people when added to the care they normally receive.
The standard care you receive from the NHS will not change as a result of taking part in this research study.
